Frequently Asked Questions
- Please select “SCHEDULE NOW” from the menu at the top of the page, or at the availability section below at the home page. There will be instructions and a booking form as well as pricing and general info.
- In your request you will need to include images and a detailed description of the design idea, a photo of where it will go, and a photo of previous work if it’s ongoing/sleeve. These details must be provided each time, even by repeat clients.
- A deposit of €200 is required to secure a booking, and is only refundable with at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.
Normally the details given in your request are enough to prepare the design, but on the evening before your appointment it’s helpful to keep an eye on your emails for any issues or questions that might arise during the design process.
Due to my workload, all designs are drawn the evening prior to each appointment, and consequently cannot be viewed in advance. Alterations are no problem once the design is shown at the beginning of your appointment.
Please arrive at the studio at your appointment time. Our shop manager will receive you.
- Sessions are usually a long sit, so it’s recommended to eat a big breakfast before arrival!!!
- Rest is an important factor for you! Try to be as relaxed as possible on arrival and try to have enough sleep before hand.
- for the best peace of mind, try yo keep your schedule free for the day. Having more appointments after the session might
give you and me a rushed feeling.
- For the best comfort, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and to keep the area that will be tatted in mind.
For example;
If you are getting a tattoo on the upper arm/shoulder, it is wise to maybe bring a thanktop.
Or if you are getting a tattoo on your leg, it is recommended to where loose pants (and/or a extra pair of short pants).
It is also highly recommended to bring a pillow and if needed a blanket (weather related) for extra comfort.
- There is a refrigerator and a microwave available so it is highly advised to bring food with you for your brake.
There is also a possibility to order food.
- For 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment, it’s a good idea to avoid drinking alcoholic drinks. Alcohol thins your blood,
which means excess bleeding. When you bleed more than normal, it can cause visibility issues for the artist, potentially compromising
the quality of the design. Excess bleeding can also thin the ink.
- Before the appointment , please avoid any sunburn or tanning, and refrain from applying any numbing agents.
